| AET COMPLETES MERGER WITH ECOSERVICES, INTEGRATED GREEN BUILDING CONCEPTS AND ECO2 SYSTEMS |
| AET (Associated Environmental Technologies) Consultants is an environmental consulting company with a solid reputation in waste management. On the 1st of August 2008, AET Consultants forged a merger with EcoServices, Integrated Green Building Concepts and Eco2 Systems to form the AET Group.
With its head office in Kitchener, Ontario, the newly formed AET Group will be going forward as a multi-disciplinary environmental consulting company that provides professional, technical and management solutions in waste, building sciences, ecology, energy and environmental management. For the interim, the company names will remain and be referred to as a member of the AET Group of companies.
This partnership allows the AET Group of companies to provide a diverse range of sustainable environmental solutions that will greatly enhance the resources and technical expertise available to our clients while maintaining the high quality service that they have come to expect from each of the member companies. A brief overview of each member company is provided below.
AET Consultants provides expertise in all aspects of solid and hazardous waste management including auditing, planning, process optimization, analysis and program development to industry, government and private organizations across North America.
EcoServices is an environmental consulting company with expertise in natural sciences which provides ecological monitoring, planning, research and assessment services to private, public and non-government sector clients.
Integrated Green Building Concepts (IGBC) provides facilitation, consultation and project management on LEED buildings, green design and building energy retrofits to integrate natural sciences into existing and new buildings.
Eco2 Systems provides a full range of consulting services related to environmental management systems, regulatory compliance, government reporting, environmental health & safety and specialized remedial program management.

| AET CONSULTANTS INC. RECEIVES SILVER WASTE AWARD FROM RECYCLING COUNCIL OF ONTARIO |
AET Consultants Inc. was recently honored by its peers with a Waste Diversion Program Operator Silver Award at the 2007 Recycling Council of Ontario (RCO) Waste Minimization Awards & Gala, held October 18 at the Old Mill Inn - Toronto. This award recognizes excellence in services offered by private or public sector recycling program operators involved in residential or industrial, commercial & institutional (IC&I) collection and/or processing. "To be recognized for our achievements by the RCO acknowledges the hard work and dedication of our staff and clients," says Scott Freiburger, President of AET Consultants Inc.. "Everyone who submitted a nomination is a winner as we collectively move toward eliminating waste at its source." In addition to receiving an award themselves, AET was delighted to see seven of their recent clients take home various awards that evening. "We are proud to support our clients by providing solid waste management consulting services and assisting them achieve waste reductions," adds Freiburger.
"The winners of this year's Ontario Waste Minimization Awards demonstrate the renewed commitment toward addressing the waste issues facing Ontario," says Jo-Anne St. Godard, Executive Director of the Recycling Council of Ontario. "The champions honoured at the Old Mill have "set the bar" for others and are proof that environmental sustainability is achievable."
The Silver Waste Program Operator Award was awarded to AET based on their successful completion of waste composition audits, development of waste reduction workplans, and implementation of waste diversion programs for industry, government and business. The Ontario Waste Minimization Awards presented by the Recycling Council of Ontario recognize leaders in solid waste management across all sectors of the province, including both for profit and not-for-profit organizations.

| AET Celebrates 10 Years of Business |
On April 4, 1998, AET Consultants founder Scott Freiburger started Associated Environmental Technologies in the Region of Waterloo as an environmental consulting company specializing in solid waste management. Associated Environmental Technologies pioneered the development, implementation and monitoring of construction solid waste management programs. Mr. Freiburger started with 2 people and 1 truck. Initially, Associated Environmental Technologies catered to the construction industry, interested in managing construction on-site waste. In 2001, Associated Environmental Technologies was renamed to AET Consultants Inc.
Since 1998, AET Consultants has grown from a solid waste management company to a sought after multi-disciplinary environmental consulting firm with a staff of 10, 5 trucks, mobile units/trailers and equipment servicing the private industry, government at all levels and other professional organizations across Canada. Today our clients benefit from our continued growth and expansion of services in a number of technical areas including: solid and hazardous waste management, regulatory compliance, environmental management, energy management, LEED design and consultation, green building and project management.
We continue to assist clients in addressing complex issues facing their business activities, products and services.
