Mr. Dunbar has complementing theoretical and practical expertise in the wide spectrum of environmental management. Mr. Dunbar has been directly involved in more than 40 projects with AET Consultants over the past two years. Mr. Dunbar has provided project coordination on a number of projects including: optimization studies at material recovery facilities, curbside participation audits, new program pilot studies, industrial, commercial and institutional waste audits, and waste reduction work plans. In addition, Mr. Dunbar has developed a quality control protocol for use by a municipal recycling material receiver, and has been involved in environmental compliance auditing.

• Internal Auditor for Hazardous Waste Receiver Audits for TransCanada PipeLines Limited at Potter Pumping Services in Thunder Bay to assess current environmental compliance with federal, provincial and municipal regulations as it pertains to the transport, handling and receiving of hazardous wastes.
Auditor for a Single Family Waste Characterization Audit Study of the recyclable, source separated organic material and residual waste streams and Participation Audit Study in the former municipality of Etobicoke and North York, for the City of Toronto.
Data analysis and reporting for Mixed Broken Glass Waste Composition Audit for Regional Municipality of York Material Recovery Facility.
Auditor and data analysis for Blue Box Feedstock and Recovery Study for York Region Material Recovery Facility.
Auditor, data analysis and reporting for Curbside Single Family Residential Waste Characterization Audit Studies (focus on MHSW – batteries, pharmaceuticals, bio-medical) for the Town of Richmond Hill Ontario, York Region.
