Integrated Green Building Concepts (IGBC) is a design build, consulting and project management company balancing the built with the natural environments. We increase the performance of buildings and maximize building efficiency, occupant's health and minimize impacts on the natural environment.
IGBC integrates multiple disciplines of design that permits synergistic benefits that often includes integrating green design strategies into conventional design criteria for building form, function, performance and cost.
Our green building projects aim to cause the minimum possible harm to the environment and users - throughout their design, construction, use, upkeep and eventual end of life. We make thoughtful design choices and use ecological materials in ways that create quality, long-lasting environments with minimum damage to the environment.
